It's been a busy few weeks with NSB taking part in the Australian Boardriders Battle held at Burleigh Heads at the beginning of March, followed by the Kirra Teams Challenge held at Kirra Beach two weeks later.

North Shore Boardriders have been crowned champions at the Hyundai Australian Boardriders Battle (ABB) Queensland qualifier, held at Coolum Beach on the Sunshine Coast in challenging 3-4ft waves. Fifteen of Queensland’s best boardrider clubs battled for one of six positions in the Grand Final which has been moved to the iconic Burleigh Heads on the 9th and 10th of March, 2024.

Read MoreReigning national champions North Shore Boardriders have taken out the 2020 nudie Australian Boardriders Battle QLD qualifier today, which was held at Duranbah Beach on the Gold Coast in punchy 2ft waves. North Shore defeated Snapper Rocks, Noosa and Burleigh Boardriders respectively in a nail-biting final. All four teams will now head to the national final to be held in 2021 (details TBC).
