Hello North Shore Boardriders,

We will be running the prestigious Ryan Abdy Memorial Contest on Sunday 13 December. The contest is run as an open division and we welcome all members to enter no matter what division you are in. This day is a day to celebrate Ryans life. It is a social day so we will be playing tunes and the adults will be sharing some light beverages throughout the day.

Could all members please bring a share plate of food for the day. Anything such as fruit, sandwiches, cakes or whatever you wish to bring. We will have one of our tents set up with tables to put the food on.

The presentation will be at the Alex Bar and Grill from 3.00 pm to 6.00 pm. 10Toes will be on tap and DJ Shimmy Dimmy (Pro surfer Dimity Stoyle) will be spinning the decks.

Abdul might be sending us some solid swell for the contest so you might have to blow the dust of those Rhino chasers! Fingers crossed!
